At My Father’s Feet

Bishop Glen A. Staples

At my Father’s feet gets its inspiration from the Biblical story of a godly relationship between a Cousin/Father and his adopted daughter that was so powerful that it changed their lives and the lives of the entire Jewish nation forever.
Mordecai had taken it upon himself to raise his cousin Hadassah, otherwise known as Esther, since she had no father or mother. The girl had a good figure and a beautiful face and gained favor as a result. After her parents died, her cousin Mordecai had adopted her.
Mordecai’s wisdom and advice to Esther not to reveal her identity about her family and racial background put her in a position that allowed her to be among the girls who would go through a twelve month purification process to see if she would be the one chosen to be the next Queen for King Xerxes.
Just like Esther all girls/boys need a Spiritual Father or a father figure who through godly wisdom will lovingly speak into their lives and encourage them by giving them instructions on how to get to the next level in their lives and ministry.
Our Higher Ground AAA 2nd Vice-Prelate and Spiritual Father, Bishop Glen A. Staples is qualified to do just that. Within his heart and spirit lies a passion for all men, women, boys and girls.
Bishop Staples have been tried by the fire and tested by time and through it all he is still standing on the shoulders of the Word giving God all glory, honor and praise.
By watching and observing Bishop Glen A. Staples I recognize that there is an anointing on him that can push and propel each of us forward into our next dimension of ministry in the kingdom of God.
Esther didn’t know her full purpose nor did she know her full potential until her adopted father Mordecai said to her, “Maybe you were made queen for just such a time as this.”
Let’s sit back and listen to the Word of God coming from our spiritual Father as he pours out the oil of wisdom from his heart to ours. Receive the Word of God. And as he opens the treasure box of knowledge let it exude your heart with gladness. I believe that this encounter will be life changing and that we will go away empowered knowing that the purpose and plan that God has for our lives has gone to another level.
